The company was engaged in ITES services from 2012 to 2020 comprising of Medical Transcription, Medical Billing & Coding, Electronic Health Records, Legal Transcription, OCR for File Conversions, Web Design & Development, SEO etc.

The company has the US presence since 2012 registered as SYNERGIS LLC in New Jersey with the office in Atlanta, Georgia State.

With Technology taking care of most of ITES, moving in positive direction as the single objective, the company switched to IT Application Solutions as primary business area without closing existing ones.
